TNT Document Services is committed to protecting the confidentiality of any client or partner information. To that end, we do not share, sell, or transfer information to third party companies or outsource any portion of our production process which would require us to turn over custody of confidential client information to third parties without the explicit consent of the individual client or partner.

Scope – What type of information do we gather?

Due to the nature of this service, individual user information is not collected. Some statistical information is collected for performance monitoring and diagnostic purposes. This is limited to ip addresses of clients and connect times and is not stored on the servers themselves for any extended period of time.

Security

Any information gathered by this website is protected and access controlled. Access to information hosted on our systems is limited to authorized individuals for which a business need has been identified.

Usage

Under no circumstance, will the information gathered here be shared with third parties without the express written consent of the client. Any information gathered is controlled so that it is used exclusively for production purposes.

This site is solely for the authorised use of TNT Document Service clients and staff. Any other use is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
